Greetings DACOF 2023 Teams, Vendors and Spectators,

 

DACOF Group rates are available for the dates of Thursday, June 23 through Sunday, June 25, and can be extended up to three days prior or three days post our event. Quality Inn & Suites and Park Royal Orlando welcome our dogs and the hotels are located very close to Silver Spurs.

 

When booking your room ask for the “DACOF Group Rate” so you get the discounted rate. DACOF gets proper recognition for the booking and Group Rates are offered based upon our participation which helps us negotiate rates in following years.

 

Each DACOF Member desiring lodging is responsible for booking their own room and paying all fees. Quality Inn and Park Royal have waived their “No Pet Policy,” but will charge you if there is any damage to the room. We’ve expressed that our DACOF Members are all responsible dog owners and our dogs are well mannered and behaved!!!

 

**Please remember if you have a great stay at the hotel and received good customer service, please go to https://www.tripadvisor.com or Google Reviews and give them an excellent review. However, if you have a complaint, please call me 561-512-8768 or express it with the Hotel or Sales Manager allowing them the ability to address the issue. Posting negative comments or reviews to any social media or online platform before providing Hotel Management the opportunity to remedy issues can reflect poorly on our Organization making it very difficult to negotiate with these establishments in subsequent years.

Hotels and RV Parks for DACOF 2023

 

Hotels have rooms available for Thursday, June 22- Sunday, June 25, 2023

 

IMPORTANT!!! Each hotel has a 72 hour cancellation and NO-SHOW policy! You will be charged a one night fee if you are a “No Show”.  If your travel plans change, please contact the hotel so you do not get charged! HOTEL CUT- OFF DATE IS MAY 25, 2023.

 

Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

2039 Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL. All rooms have mini-fridge and microwaves. Hotel contact is Cristina Rodriguez.

Room Rate- $83.00 per night plus tax and a $50.00 one time dog fee. Hotel will charge a $100.00 for incidentals at check-in that will be refunded at the end of your stay. Rate includes a Continental Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at 5:00AM.

 

Hotel Information- this is the closest hotel to Silver Spurs Arena, .08 miles away. The Hotel has asked to potty your dogs around the pond area. Please make sure you pick up after your dogs.

Room Rate for Queen or King – $99.00 plus tax

Two  Family Suites $195.00 plus tax, waiving dog fee.

 

Individuals will be responsible for a $150.00 deposit for incidentals and to secure the room reservation. Fee will be refunded at check out.

 

 

RV Reservations

RV Reservation information for “on-site” RV parking at the Silver Spurs Arena will be released at the end of April with Reservations beginning sometime at the beginning of May (New RV Reservation Process this year). However, we are providing the following “Overflow” information to our Members now because ALL the available RV Spaces on the Silver Spurs Property were booked last year and several of our Members had to utilize other RV facilities.

Ponderosa RV Park -1983 Fortune Road Kissimmee- .9 miles from Silver Spurs

Reservations: Call resorts Monday- Saturday 9:00am -5:00pm only- 407-847-6002 . Do not leave a message.

Resort has new owners and Rate is $100.00 per night plus tax. They take RV’s up to 40’.

Ponderosa RV has a dump station for any RV’s that stay at Silver Spurs-

Dump price is $55. This went up too!

 

East Toho RV Resort- 3705 Big Bass Rd, Kissimmee, FL- 8 miles from Silver Spurs-

Reservations- call Resort- 407-348-2040 or book online - https://www.easttohorv.com/ Rate is $46-$69.00 per night- full hookup.
