DACOF RAFFLE BASKETS

Hello DACOF Membership,

Now that Team Entries have been finalized, we can start to focus on some of the other fun activities that are part of the DACOF Experience!

An important DACOF activity is the DACOF Raffle which is famous for the AWESOME baskets EACH TEAM brings to help ensure DACOF can continue financially. Please remember that each team, not each organization, is required to bring a basket for the raffle (new, unused items please, with a minimum value of $25). Any team without a basket is a team without a score – so please make sure that your baskets are checked in at the Raffle Tables.

Many thanks to Marie Ouellette and the Endless K-9’s Teams who will staff and manage the DACOF Raffle again this year!

Baskets will be accepted on Friday from 2-4 pm and on Saturday morning from 7-9 am. Location: Southwest corner, upper floor near concession stand.

Important: Securely attach the name of your Organization and Team, along with a list of all the enclosed items to the basket.

Raffle Tickets will go on sale at 9:30 am on Saturday. Ticket sales will end at approximately 11:30 am on Sunday, and the winning tickets will be drawn some time just after noon. An announcement will be made after the winners have been drawn. Results will be posted on the first floor by the elevators and the stairs. Check to see if you have won before you come upstairs to the basket area.

!!! VERY IMPORTANT !!! 

Only winners will be allowed into the raffle area after ticket sales close. Any baskets that have not been picked up by the beginning of the awards ceremony will be re-raffled at that time so keep your tickets!!!

We are always captivated by the spectacular Raffle Baskets provided by our Teams and the creative ideas many use when putting them together. We look forward to being astounded by the impressive baskets our Teams bring this year!
