We know you are actively sharing the DACOF Electronic Signature Agreement Form link with your Teammates, because we are receiving the completed forms.

If you have not already started entering your Team Information into the Online Entry Forms we ask that you PLEASE start the Electronic Entry Form Process now!

One of the VERY POSITIVE aspects to the new Team Entry Process is that ANY and ALL Team Entry Work is saved in the Online Forms, so Team Captains do NOT need to complete the process in a single session, which was required in the past. So, if you only have a few minutes here or there, you can enter information at your own pace, and it will be saved in the online forms.

We will not be able to match up the Electronic Signature Agreement Forms we receive until Team Captains start their entry process and we see your Handlers or Workers in the Online Team Entry Forms.

We have passed the Title Cut-off Date so Team Captains should have the information needed to properly assemble their Teams. We encourage Captains to review the DACOF Title Cross Reference & Competition Level Eligibility information to verify their Teammates are competing at the Proper Competition Levels. As a reminder, the “Super” Early Bird Discount Deadline ($15/Dog Discount) is April 11th (now less than two weeks away), and the “Regular Early Bird Discount ($10/Dog) is April 25th (just about four weeks away).

Please remember!!!

To qualify for the discounts, we need COMPLETE entries, including all handler/dog information, Signature Agreement Forms, and ELECTRONIC PAYMENT.

An Invoice for Electronic Payment will not be sent until Team Captains submit their entries electronically, and ALL Signature Agreement Forms are received, so Team Captains will want to submit their completed entries a day or more BEFORE the actual deadline to ensure the full entry process including payment is complete by the deadline!
