Hello DACOF Members,
š¾Ā DACOF is just a few days away, so if you havenāt already noticed, communications will be coming fast and fur-ious as we share the remaining DACOF information! š£
šĀ Attached to this email is the DACOF 2026 Running Order.
š«Ā Since we are using Agility Gate, printed copies will NOT be provided.
šØļøĀ If you would like a printed copy of the running order, please print one for yourself and/or your team.
šĀ In addition to being attached to this message, the running order will also be uploaded to:
The Files section of the DACOF Facebook page š
The DACOF website: šĀ www.dacof.com
⢠āSend a Teamā tab
⢠āForms & Documentsā drop-down menu
š§Ā Running Order Break (Red Dash)
š“Ā The red dash in the middle of the 16" dogs indicates the break between the Small Dog Group (4", 8", 12", and 16"S dogs) and the Large Dog Group (16"L, 20", and 24" dogs).
This is where we will:
š Switch ring workers
š§āāļø Give the judges a short break
ā±ļø Synchronize the rings so workers can report to their assigned positions
šĀ Walk-Through Groups ā āWhich group am I in?ā
Walk-throughs for each competition level and round are divided into three groups:
š”Ā Yellow = First walk group each day
āŖ White = Second walk group each day
šµ Blue = Third walk group each day
š Ā Saturday Walk Groups
š” Walk-Through Group A
āŖ Walk-Through Group B
šµ Walk-Through Group C
These groups are based on jump height:
š Smaller dogs ā Group A
š Medium dogs ā Group B
š Larger dogs ā Group C
The running order highlights each Handler/Dog Teamās assigned walk-through group.
šĀ Consistency All Weekend
Each handler will remain in the same walk-through group for every walk-through throughout the entire weekend.
šĀ Example: If you are in Group A for Round 1, you will remain in Group A for all rounds.
šĀ Sunday (Reversed Order)
On Sunday, we run tall to small (C, B, A), and the color coding is reversed:
š” Walk-Through Group C
āŖ Walk-Through Group B
šµ Walk-Through Group A
ā ļøĀ IMPORTANT ā Worker Note
If you are scheduled to work a round, you MUST walk with the first or second walk group so you can report to your ring assignment while the third walk group is on course. This helps us stay on schedule ā°
šĀ A Special Thank You!
A huge thank you to our amazing Trial Secretary, Jacqui OāNeill, who took extra time and effort to:
šØ Color-code Walk Groups A, B, and C in the running order
š“ Clearly mark the break between Small Dog and Large Dog groups
Thank you, Jacqui! š
š£Ā Keep an eye out for additional messages over the coming days as we count down to an amazing weekend at DACOF 2026!
