DACOF 2026 “SUPER Early Bird” Deadline is THIS FRIDAY!

Hello DACOF Members!
The “SUPER Early Bird Discount” ($15/Dog) Deadline is THIS FRIDAY, April 10th!!!
We ask all DACOF Members to please help your Team Organizers & Team Captains by taking care of these two items ASAP:
1) Complete & Submit the DACOF Signature Agreement Form:
2) Get Monies to your Team Organizer
If your Organization requires you to pay for your entry, please be sure to get your Entry Fee(s) to your Team Organizer/Captain ASAP.
Because, Each Organization must make one single electronic payment for their team entry(ies).
Hopefully, Captains are wrapping up their team entries in the electronic entry forms, are verifying their teammates are completing the Signature Agreement Forms, and are preparing to submit their electronic entries!
Please remember:
To qualify for the discount, we must receive COMPLETE entries, including:
All handler/dog information
Signed Signature Agreement Forms
Electronic payment
Important Payment Reminder
An invoice for payment will not be sent until:
The Team Captain submits the team entry electronically, and
All Signature Agreement Forms have been received
Because of this, Team Captains should plan to submit their completed entries at least a day or more before the deadline to ensure the entire process — including payment — is completed on time.
If you miss the “SUPER Early Bird” deadline this Friday, don’t worry:
The Regular Early Bird Discount ($10/Dog) Deadline is Friday, April 24th.
In the meantime, we look forward to receiving everyone’s “SUPER Early Bird” entries!
