Hello DACOF Members!
As we head towards the weekend we would like to provide some informational updates.
DACOF ENTRIES:
We would like to remind everyone that the Trial Entry Deadline is next Friday, 5/22/2026.
All entries and/or elective changes MUST be received, along with payment and Liability Waiver Forms by next Friday. Any requests to make changes AFTER May 22 will require Board Approval.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE TRIAL MATERIALS ARE PRINTED!
RV Reservations:
A confirmation email has been sent to all Members from which we have received RV Reservation Requests. As of this morning, there are five (5) people who are on the waiting list for an RV Space with water and electric.
Dry Camping Spots are available.
RV Reservation instructions can be found on the dacof.com website at the “Contacts” Tab, “Reservations” drop down.
Golf Carts:
Julie from Diesel’s Custom Carts reports she has a few Golf Carts still available for rental. Members interested in renting a Golf Cart should contact Julie at (407) 847-5444 and let her know you would like a rental for the DACOF event. Julie indicated if paying by Zelle (instead of credit card) a slight discount may be available.
Randy Reed Memorial Award Nominations:
We are in receipt of a few Nominations. Thank you to those who have made submissions. Any additional nominations for the Randy Reed Memorial Award should be emailed to Bill Becker at: billbecker.fl@gmail.com by Sunday, May 24, 2026.
KEEP POSTED FOR UPDATES:
Once the Entry Deadline passes, we will be sending messages almost daily. Information will be shared about Raffle Baskets, Workers, CATCH (Crating Area Team Challenge), Outstanding Sportsmanship, Run-Thru’s, Vendors, etc., etc., etc.
In the meantime, everyone can visit the www.dacof.com webpage (Especially the “Send a Team” Tab) to start learning about all things DACOF now!
Additionally, the “Updates” Tab on the dacof.com webpage lists all messages, chronologically, in case a communication has been missed, or needs to be reviewed.
DACOF is only six weeks away!!!
