As we head into the weekend, we'd like to share a few important updates and reminders as we continue the countdown to another exciting DACOF event!

🐾 DACOF WORKERS

Team Organizers will receive a special email early next week with instructions on how to Self-Elect some of their Team's Worker Positions for the DACOF weekend.

📧 These emails will be sent ONLY to Team Organizers, who may wish to share the information with their Team Captains.

👀 Please ask your Team Organizers to keep an eye out for these important communications.

🚐 RV Reservations

As of this morning, there are still five (5) people on the waiting list for RV spaces with water and electric hookups.

✅ Dry Camping Spaces are still available.

🚗 Golf Cart Rentals

Diesel's Custom Carts reports that they have only one or two golf carts remaining for DACOF weekend!

💰 Rental Rate: $180 (plus taxes and fees) for the entire 3-day weekend.

This is a discounted rate from their normal pricing.

📍 Golf carts will be:

Delivered to Silver Spurs Arena by late morning on Friday, June 26, 2026

Picked up late afternoon on Sunday, June 28, 2026

☎️ Members interested in renting a golf cart should contact Julie at (407) 847-5444 and let her know you are attending DACOF.

💸 Julie also indicated that a small discount may be available when paying via Zelle instead of a credit card.

⚠️ Please reserve your golf cart as soon as possible. Every available cart has been rented at our previous events, and it appears we have even more RVing Members attending this year than in recent years.
