Subject: Parking Pass, Pizzas & Run-Thrus – Important DACOF Info!
Hello DACOF Members, Judges, Vendors & Guests,
DACOF is only two (2) weeks away!
As we approach the big weekend, we want to share a few important updates with you:
🚗 Parking Pass Info
Silver Spurs will be hosting another event on the same weekend as DACOF in one of the other buildings on the property.
That event will have a $10 parking fee.
Attached is a DACOF Parking Pass for our Members, Judges, Vendors, and Participants. Please print it out and have it visible on your dashboard.
Without this pass, you may be charged the $10 parking fee.
· Please print out and bring a copy of the parking pass (or two) in case you or one of your Teammates may need one!
Timing Notes:
The other event’s “door time” is 11:00 AM, with parking attendants starting around 9:00 AM.
Most DACOF attendees will already be parked before this starts. However, if you leave the grounds and return after 9:00 AM, you’ll need your pass to avoid being charged.
Security Reminder:Silver Spurs expects 6,000+ attendees at the other event.
With that many outside visitors:
Please lock your cars and RVs.
Keep valuables out of plain sight in vehicles and in the crating areas.
Past DACOF events have unfortunately had reports of missing phones and valuables. Let’s all stay vigilant.
🍕 Saturday Night Pizza Orders
Silver Spurs will once again be offering Team Pizza Orders for Saturday evening’s Award Ceremony.
Cheese Pizza: $12.00 each (+tax)
Pepperoni Pizza: $13.95 each (+tax)
(See attached Order Form - Same pricing as last year)
Order Deadline:
11:00 AM Saturday (Team Captains, please submit one order per team)
Pickup Time: Between 12:00 noon – 5:00 PM
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Reminder: While small personal food items (e.g., apples, bananas, yogurt, cheese sticks) are allowed in small coolers, we encourage teams to take advantage of the pizza option for Saturday dinner.
Staying for the Award Ceremony/Meeting? Having pizza together makes it easier and more fun than trying to go out for a late dinner afterward!

Information about Run-Thrus and how to volunteer for Run-Thru shifts to earn Worker Tickets will be released on Monday. Stay tuned for details!
