We understand that Saturday is a very L-O-N-G day, and many Teams enjoy having dinner together. However, going out for a Team Dinner after the Awards Ceremony often keeps everyone awake later than they would like.

A great alternative may be ordering personal pizzas from Silver Spurs. Hopefully, the new partnership with Papa John’s will mean even better quality this year! 🍕

💲 Pizza Pricing

• 🧀 Cheese Pizza: $13.49 each (plus tax)

• 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza: $13.99 each (plus tax)

  
  

⏰ Team Orders must be submitted by 11:00 AM on Saturday. Silver Spurs has requested that orders be placed by Teams rather than by individual competitors whenever possible.

🕛 Orders may be picked up between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Saturday.

💳 Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

🚨 Bringing in Outside Food

If your Team decides to bring in outside food for the Saturday Meeting or at any other time during the weekend, we respectfully ask everyone to help us maintain our excellent relationship with Silver Spurs by following these guidelines:

🤫 1. Bring Food in Discreetly

An Uber Eats, Papa John’s, or other delivery driver carrying pizza boxes or other food deliveries through the arena to your crating area is not discreet.

Please meet delivery drivers outside the arena, cover food items as much as possible (dog blankets, etc.), and bring them into the building inconspicuously.

🍽️ 2. Keep Food Service Low-Key

Please distribute and enjoy outside food within your Team area as discreetly as possible.

Avoid setting up buffets, displaying large quantities of food, or creating obvious food service areas.

🗑️ 3. Take Outside-Food Trash Home With You

Please do not leave pizza boxes, fast-food bags, cups, or other outside-food garbage in the arena, grandstands, or overflowing from trash cans.

Visible evidence of large amounts of outside food is a significant concern for Silver Spurs staff and can jeopardize future flexibility regarding food policies.

🥤 Personal Food Items

Please remember that our agreement with Silver Spurs permits competitors to bring in small amounts of personal food items in small personal coolers only, such as:

• 🍎 Apples

• 🍌 Bananas

• 🥣 Yogurt

• 🧀 Cheese sticks

• 👍 Similar personal snacks

  
  

If you choose to bring in other types of outside food, please keep it out of plain sight and ensure that all associated trash leaves the facility with you.
