RV Parking & Super Early Bird Entries

Hello DACOF Members!

DACOF will be handling all the RV Requests again this year (instead of having to go through Silver Spurs), so the process will be more like a regular agility trial.

We will make the RV Parking Request Form available to our DACOF Members, on Monday, April 21st, via postings on the DACOF Facebook Page, the DACOF Email Blast and to Team Captains.

As a reminder, the RV hook-ups at Silver Spurs ONLY provide electric and water service. There is no sewer service or dump station on the property. Anyone found dumping gray or black tanks will be told to leave immediately and no refund will be given. RV Spots #1 - #50 all provide 50amp receptacles, so 30amp RV’s will need a down-converter from 50amp to 30amp.

RV Rates in 2025 are $55/night including taxes

The “Regular” Early Bird Discount Deadline is next Friday, April 25. We hope all the remaining Organizations will be able to submit their entries in time to take advantage of the discount.

Please remember!!!

To qualify for the discounts, we need COMPLETE entries, including all handler/dog information, Signature Agreement Forms, and ELECTRONIC PAYMENT.

An Invoice for Electronic Payment will not be sent until Team Captains submit their entries electronically, and ALL Signature Agreement Forms are received, so Team Captains will want to submit their completed entries a day or more BEFORE the actual deadline to ensure the full entry process including payment is complete by the deadline!

In the meantime, we recommend everyone visit the dacof.com webpage (Especially the “Send a Team” Tab) to learn about all things DACOF!

Additionally, the “Updates” Tab lists all messages, chronologically, in case a communication has been missed, or needs to be reviewed.
