Hello DACOF Members!
The “SUPER Early Bird Discount” ($15/Dog) Deadline is TODAY, April 10th!!!
Our Treasurer, Jen Young, has been very busy this morning sending out invoices for payment - thank you, Jen!
Please remember:To qualify for the discount, we must receive COMPLETE entries, including:
All handler/dog information
Signed Signature Agreement Forms
Electronic payment
Invoices for electronic payment will not be sent until:
Team Captains submit their entries electronically, and
All Signature Agreement Forms are received
A listing of the completed Super Early Bird entries will be posted later today or early tomorrow morning.
If you miss today’s deadline, don’t worry - there are still two more weeks before the Regular Early Bird Discount ($10/Dog) deadline on April 24th.
We also wanted to share a few upcoming updates:
The RV Reservation Process is expected to be announced on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 (pending final details with Silver Spurs).
Our Housing Coordinator is finalizing hotel contracts, and we aim to post Hotel Information by April 21st as well.
