🚨🚨 URGENT – PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DACOF ENTRIES! 🚨🚨

Hello DACOF Members,

📢 This is one of the most important communications of the year!

⏰ PLEASE take a few minutes to read this carefully and review the attached reports.

Jacqui has completed processing all DACOF entries received to date.

📄 The attached PDF file, "2026 Team Member Summary – 2026-06-05," lists all submitted Teams, Handlers, and Dogs.

🔍 What We Need You to Review

👉 Every participant should double-check (or even triple-check!) the following information:

✅ Competition Level (Master/Excellent, Open, or Novice)

✅ Jump Height

✅ 16" LARGE or 16" SMALL

(Large or Small designates which group your dog will run with.)

✅ Regular vs. Preferred vs. Super Preferred designation

(Super Preferred is available only for Unlimited Team Open & Novice dogs.)

✅ Correct spelling of Handler and Dog names

⚠️ Special Character Notice

Due to limitations with our DOS-based scoring software, some special characters may have been modified to prevent system crashes.

Examples:

🐩 "P!NK" may appear as "Pink"

🐕 "CA$H" may appear as "Cash"

👦👧 Junior Handler Verification

We are also including a list of our 2026 Junior Handlers.

🚨 If there is a Junior Handler on your Team and they are NOT included on this list, we DO NOT know they are a Junior Handler!

Please verify this information carefully.

📊 Team Classification Verification

We are also including a 2026 Team Statistics Report identifying Classic Teams and Unlimited Teams.

✅ Please verify these classifications are correct as well.

👥 Team Captains – We Need Your Help!

Team Captains, we especially appreciate your assistance in reviewing your Team's entries.

If there is any uncertainty regarding a dog's:

🔹 Name

🔹 Jump Height

🔹 Regular, Preferred, or Super Preferred status

🔹 Competition Level

🔹 Any other designation

Please contact your teammates directly and confirm the information.

✅ THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CORRECTIONS!

🖨️ Once our official DACOF materials are sent to print (scheduled for the weekend of June 12–14, 2026), NO FURTHER CHANGES CAN BE MADE.

🚨🚨 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ! 🚨🚨

❗ If an error is discovered AFTER printing:

Examples include:

🔸 Incorrect jump height

🔸 Incorrect competition level

🔸 Incorrect Regular/Preferred/Super Preferred designation

⚠️ THE DOG WILL BE REQUIRED TO RUN FEO (FOR EXHIBITION ONLY) AT DACOF. ⚠️

💔 Unfortunately, this means the dog's scores will not count toward DACOF competition results.

We truly do not want this to happen to anyone.

📧 How to Submit Corrections

If corrections are needed, Team Captains should email the changes to:

📬 Jacqui O'Neill

and CC:

📬 Jen Young

📬 Bill Becker

⏰ DEADLINE: 5:00 PM on June 11, 2026

Any corrections received after that time may not be able to be accommodated.

🙏 PLEASE HELP US AVOID PROBLEMS!

Every year, despite everyone's best efforts, we end up with one or two dogs that must run FEO because an entry error was not identified during the review process.

🐾 We want EVERY dog to be eligible to compete.

🐾 We want EVERY team to receive full credit for their performances.

🐾 Most importantly, we want EVERYONE to have a fun and successful DACOF weekend!

🔎 Please take a few minutes right now to carefully review these reports.

Your attention today can prevent disappointment at the event.

Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation!

🎉 Stay tuned for more DACOF updates as the tournament approaches!

Best regards,

Bill, Kathy, Jen, Erica & Ashley
